Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is driving a global cPLM transformation to standardize packaging data and finished trade items across FN site deployments in the UK/Netherlands. This project role bridges Packaging R&D, Supply Chain and the cPLM platform, ensuring data integrity, validating configurations, and enabling smooth deployments with robust templates and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a packaging, engineering, supply chain, logistics, food science, or related field.
• Experience working with digital systems and data in packaging or PLM environments is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to coordinate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge global Packaging R&D, Supply Chain and cPLM platforms to ensure data integrity for packaging specifications and finished trade items.
• Validate data and configurations in test environments, supporting end-to-end testing and user acceptance tests.
• Develop and enforce data standards, governance, and templates for deployment across sites.
• Coordinate regional variabilities, ensuring templates support localized specifications without compromising standardization.
• Assist with training, deployment readiness, and hypercare during site deployments.
