Job summary

Mars is implementing a global cPLM system for its Food & Nutrition sites. The role focuses on validating recipes and materials, supporting UAT, and driving data integrity across regions. You will work with R&D, SRA, Procurement, and Digital Technology to ensure successful adoption.

The project is a 3-year contract, requiring collaboration across Europe and North America, with occasional international travel and flexible hours to align with teams in multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.
• Strong understanding of recipes, ingredients, and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and deployment of the new cPLM system across Food & Nutrition sites.
• Validate recipes, formulations, raw material specs, and data structures for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Act as first point of contact for R&D users, providing functional support and guidance.
• Drive data quality by identifying data gaps and ensuring global standards are met.
• Support training, communications, workshops, and deployment readiness activities.
• Partner with global stakeholders to improve processes and user adoption.
