Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Plant & Vehicle Marshall for a long-term position in Oxford, OX4, starting Monday 12th October. You will coordinate the movement of plant and vehicles on site and ensure safety standards are maintained.

The role requires valid Plant & Vehicle Marshall competency and CSCS, with rail/civils experience preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to guide operations and deliveries safely.

Qualificações

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Rail/civils experience preferred.
• Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Safely control and coordinate the movement of plant and vehicles around site.
• Marshall excavators, dumpers, delivery vehicles and other mobile plant.
• Guide vehicles and plant into designated working and unloading areas.
• Maintain safe exclusion zones around moving plant and machinery.
• Ensure pedestrian and vehicle routes are kept clear and safely managed.
• Communicate clearly with plant operators, drivers and site management.
• Assist with the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Carry out visual checks of designated access and working areas.
• Follow RAMS, site rules and rail safety procedures at all times.
• Report hazards, unsafe practices or potential conflicts immediately to the Site Supervisor.
• Assist with general site duties where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshall
• Previous rail/civils experience preferred
• Good communication and awareness of plant movements
• Strong understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
