BMSL Group Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an experienced CPCS 360 Digger Driver / Groundworker for a long-term construction project. You will operate a 360 excavator and perform hands-on groundwork duties on site.

The role requires a valid CPCS 360 Excavator ticket, proven machine operation and solid groundwork experience. Reliability, punctuality and a team-focused approach are essential to success on this site.

Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £24.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

We are currently looking for an experienced CPCS 360 Digger Driver / Groundworker to join a long-term construction project in Sheffield.

The successful candidate must be confident operating a 360 excavator and have solid groundwork experience, as the role will involve both machine operation and hands‑on groundwork duties.

The Role

• Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
• Carrying out general groundwork duties
• Assisting with excavation, drainage, foundations and site preparation
• Working to levels and site plans where required
• Supporting the wider site team with general groundworks
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CPCS 360 Excavator ticket - essential
• Proven experience operating a 360 excavator
• Groundwork experience - essential
• Good understanding of construction site health & safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
