Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Care Programme Approach (CPA) coordination at Wellesley Hospital. You will plan CPA meetings, prepare invitations, book rooms, and distribute packed documents to involved parties, while supporting documentation and diary coordination across wards.

Are you an experienced administrator with a willingness to learn about the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and national guidelines?
If so, join Wellesley Hospital as a CPA Coordinator where you will ensure the department provides and maintains a high standard of administrating and documenting the Care Programme Approach.
As the CPA Coordinator you will be liaising with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan and coordinate CPA meetings for service users. This will include setting dates of the meetings, preparing and sending out invitations to all relevant parties, booking rooms and hospitality for the meetings, collating and typing up any necessary documents and preparing and distributing all completed packs to the relevant parties.

You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 101 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with Mental Health needs.
There are 6 wards for people with Mental Health needs and 1 ward for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The Wellesley Hospital built in 2017 works alongside Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Avon and Wiltshire Foundation Trust, Cornwall Foundation Trust, 2gether Foundation Trust, and Livewell to deliver the best possible environment for patients with Mental Health issues.
