Connex Education is seeking an organised and responsible Cover Supervisor to provide general cover, classroom supervision, and student support at secondary schools in Warrington and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday starting in September.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, resilient, and eager to make a difference in students' education. You should be confident in stepping into lessons and continuing existing schemes of work.

Responsibilities

As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a productive and orderly learning environment for students aged 11-16 when their regular teacher is unavailable. Your duties include supervising classes across various subjects, following lesson plans, facilitating activities, assisting students, and promoting positive behaviour.
