Job Opportunity: Cover Teacher

Contract: Full-time or Part-time - Flexible/Ad-Hoc

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30, term time only

Salary: £120 - £160 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are collaborating with specialist schools in and around Torbay & Teignbridge to expand our network of skilled and reliable Cover Teachers. These inclusive settings cater to students with diverse needs, including SEMH, MLD/SLD, PMLD, and other complex needs.

About the role:

As a Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities include classroom delivery, pupil engagement, and behaviour support—no planning or marking involved.

You will become a trusted member of the school community, stepping into different classrooms and supporting students across various settings.
