Job summary

Aspire People in Staffordshire is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to support teaching across middle and secondary schools. You will assist class teachers, supervise pupils, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Flexible shifts available, including daily, part-time, or full-time work to fit around your studies or commitments. You'll benefit from ongoing training, safeguarding guidance, and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience toward future teacher training.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in a school setting
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
