I work with some incredible Primary Schools in the Newquay area and we often work with clients who need cover Teachers to support their staff, teaching and delivering pre-planned lessons. These Primary Schools all have nurturing environments, supporting students with their educational development.

The Role

This position is a flexible working opportunity, where you will be working as a Cover Teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons to EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils. We can base your work on your own preferences and experiences.

We are looking for a Qualified or Unqualified Teacher who has experience working in an environment leading activities or lessons to children.

You will be expected to:

• Have high expectations of children and of yourself
• Have a passion for teaching
• Have up-to-date knowledge of pedagogy and the curriculum
• Hold strong behaviour management strategies.
• Communicate clearly with other staff members about children’s development.
