Strategy Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to support colleges across Essex. You will supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher, maintain a calm, productive learning environment and ensure students stay engaged with their work.

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in colleges across Essex.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will support a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged with their work.
