Schools around Hertfordshire are seeking reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to join their teams. This vital role ensures continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff by maintaining a productive and respectful classroom environment. Beginning ASAP.

Duties as Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects and year groups using pre-prepared materials
• Ensure students remain on task and follow school expectations
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
• Assist with administrative tasks or support roles when cover is not required

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or educational setting
