• Has previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or has HLTA qualification

• Has strong classroom management skills or the ability to develop them quickly.
• Has experience supporting pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language difficulties (highly desirable).
• Demonstrates strong transferable skills and a genuine passion for education.
