Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a secondary school located in Stoke-on-Trent who are recruiting for a full-time Cover Supervisor. The school are looking for a confident individual who is able to effectively manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the class teacher. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring teacher looking to gain experience within a mainstream classroom, or a qualified teacher looking for a new role.
About the role:
As a full-time Cover Supervisor, you will cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pre-set work is completed to a high standard and the school’s behaviour policies are followed. This role will involve general cover across all subjects or specific subject cover, dependent on the needs of the school at the time.
What we’re looking for:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have an enhanced child DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
