We're looking for confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work full-time in secondary schools across Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in education, support student learning, and play a key role in day-to-day classroom delivery.

Role Responsibilities

Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring lessons are delivered as planned

Support students with their learning and keep them engaged and on task

Provide individual or small group support when needed

Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

Work closely with school staff to support learning and behaviour

Candidate Requirements

Degree in any subject area

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive and professional attitude with a genuine interest in working with young people

Adaptable, proactive, and confident managing a classroom
