Aspire People are recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Porth. This role is open to graduates, Teaching Assistants, youth workers, coaches or others with relevant experience, and does not require QTS.

The Cover Supervisor will manage classes, deliver prepared materials, and support pupils while adhering to school policies. Suitable for flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with ongoing placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is essential.
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management.
• Confident communication and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans.
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service.

Aspire People are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work within a secondary school in Porth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children or young people who is confident managing a classroom and supporting pupils with their learning.

You do not need QTS to work as a Cover Supervisor. This role could suit graduates, Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, tutors or anyone with relevant experience working with young people who is looking to develop their experience in education.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
