The role offers a pathway for those considering teacher training, and opportunities to work in a school environment without the full teaching load.

The successful candidate will have GCSEs including numeracy and literacy (GCSE C/4 or equivalent preferred), experience with young people, and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• GCSE C/4 or equivalent is required or recognised
• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Good classroom management skills are essential
