Academics Ltd is recruiting for Cover Supervisors in the Hertfordshire area to supervise lessons and support students when teachers are absent. This role offers hands-on classroom experience and a platform for graduates considering a career in education.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a school setting or a strong desire to train as a teacher, excellent communication, and the ability to manage behaviour while safeguarding students.

Academics are working with excellent Secondary schools in and around the Hertfordshire area who are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors. We are looking to appoint proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking people to supervise lessons and support students learning. Whilst maintaining the schools high standards of behaviour, when teacher colleagues are absent.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has previous experience working in education or may be considering a career working in the education sector. Main responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will include:
