Job Description:

At Leader Education, we are seeking a Cover Supervisor to support children within a mainstream school catering for secondary students, based in Blyth, Northumberland. The ideal Cover Supervisor will have previous experience working with young people and a genuine interest and commitment to helping them reach their full potential.

The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Working with Leader Education:
  • Competitive pay rates

  • A dedicated consultant for support and queries
  • Potential for a permanent contract after a qualifying period
The successful Candidate will:
  • Hold or be willing to undergo a new Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities
  • Manage the classroom and ensure students stay on task
  • Communicate learning objectives effectively and guide students through tasks
