Graduate Cover Supervisors

We are seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors with subject knowledge in English Lit, Math, Science, Geography, PE, Food Tech, DT Tech, History, and Business Studies.

• Located in West London
• Pay rate: £90.00 - £110.00 per day

About the Role

Do you enjoy working with young people aged 11–18? Consider working in Secondary Schools as a Cover Supervisor. This role involves covering classes and ensuring students are engaged with tasks during teachers' absence or meetings. It is a vital role within secondary education, supporting staff across schools.

This position offers flexible working hours and is a great opportunity to gain experience in secondary schools. Cover Supervisors are required for the full school day, approximately 8:30 am to 3:45 pm.

Flexible Work Options

Most Cover Supervisors start on a short-term or supply basis, ideal for those wanting to work a few days or build experience. More experienced Supervisors may access full-time contracts.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for Subject graduates—preferably in English, Maths, Science, Geography, or PE—interested in working with secondary school students. No formal teaching qualifications are necessary, but some experience working with 11–18-year-olds is required.
