This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants or individuals considering a career in education to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a new role, building on the skills and experiences gained during the academic year. Your Role Will Include:

• Supervising classes across various subjects in the absence of teachers
• Ensuring students complete assigned work and maintaining a positive, safe learning environment
• Collaborating with staff to gather resources and providing feedback on student attendance, engagement, and progress

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, or be a graduate with a strong interest in education
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies is preferred; training can be provided
• Willingness to undertake additional training for professional development
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for effective interaction with young learners
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in diverse environments
