We are currently looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to step into the role of Cover Supervisor at one of our partner schools in Wimborne Minster, Dorset. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about education and eager to gain valuable classroom experience.

What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by stepping in when teachers are absent. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering lesson materials, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students stay focused on their learning. This role is varied, engaging, and a great stepping stone into the teaching profession.

Key Duties:
  • Supervising and leading lessons using pre-planned materials.
  • Maintaining an orderly and focused classroom environment.
