Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a mixed secondary school and sixth form in North West London. The role offers flexible hours as either part-time or full-time and is temporary in the initial period.

You will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, manage pupil behaviour, ensure tasks are completed, and provide feedback to the team. Suitable for recent graduates or experienced cover supervisors, including UK-trained or overseas trained.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
• UK Bachelor's Degree or overseas equivalent.
• Experience with children/teenagers in UK secondary schools.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policies.
• Ensuring students complete work based on lesson objectives.
• Providing feedback to the team on pupil behaviour and standards.

A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in North West London.

This Cover Supervisor position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

Duties

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with the school's policies
• Ensuring students complete their work based on the lesson objective
• Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupil's behaviour and standard of work

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will be between GBP99.75 to GBP116.55 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

Requirements

You're welcome if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.
