Job summary

The Wensum Trust is seeking a Cover Supervisor at Alderman Peel High School in Wells-next-the-Sea. You will ensure continuity of learning by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher and supporting students' behaviour and engagement.

This permanent, full-time role is term-time plus one week, 32.5 hours per week, with a salary of £20,583.97 per year. Start date as soon as possible, closing date 24 September 2026; safeguarding and wellbeing services are provided by the Trust.

You would be joining as a Cover Supervisor as part of a team of staff who seek to provide high continuity for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
