Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality cover during short-term absences and engage with classes to raise standards.
  • Work across all departments and roles of the Academy.
  • Contribute to the planning and evaluation of work for covering lessons.
  • Provide valuable feedback on learning activities and support development planning.

Vacancy for Cover Supervisor!

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 6, Points 7-12 of the Meridian Trust Support pay scale.

Hours of work: 32.5 Hours (Monday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am-3.15pm,

Tuesday 8.30am-3.45pm and Wednesday 8.15am-3.45pm)

We are now looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor within our Support Team who share our core values which are set out clearly in the job description. This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidates as they will be joining a supportive team which is well resourced and part of our wider Meridian Trust family.

The opportunity
  • A great chance to work with a strong, fun enthusiastic team providing high-quality cover during the short-term absence class teachers, actively engaging with the class, to contribute to raising standards.
