Job Description:

Dedicated Cover Supervisor needed! Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to work in schools within the Tonbridge & Malling area to begin after Easter on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for ensuring pupils are making progress with set work, managing any behaviour in class and providing a safe, nurturing environment for pupils to learn.

This role can be part or full time with both flexible ad-hoc and long-term positions available with a daily rate between £90 and £100 per day.

The Role - Cover Supervisor:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be required to efficiently communicate and deliver the classwork set by the class teacher, ensuring that pupil & classroom behaviour is managed effectively to allow pupils to remain safe and engaged in their learning. You may be expected to provide support across a range of departments and subjects.

Requirements:

• Own or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Prior experience working with children is advantageous but not necessary
