Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Towcester and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible day-to-day or long-term placements with a competitive daily rate and supportive consultants.

You will deliver pre-prepared materials in the absence of the teacher, maintain positive classrooms, and help pupils stay engaged across multiple subjects and year groups.

Qualifications

• UK school experience or proven work with secondary-aged pupils.
• Strong communication and classroom management.
• Calm, professional and reliable approach.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Build experience in a range of local secondary schools.
• No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils.

Location: Towcester, Brackley, Silverstone, Deanshanger, Roade, Weedon Bec, Northampton, Daventry, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time
