Job summary

Milk Education is seeking reliable, adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Middlesbrough. This role offers flexible days and hours, whether short-term, long-term, or day-to-day cover, to help maintain continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You’ll deliver prepared materials, manage behaviours, and support students aged 11–18 while collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–6 months’ experience working within a UK school setting.
• A degree in any subject.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence working with young people (ages 11–16 or 11–18).
• Flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role is desirable.

Milk is seeking reliable, adaptable, and confident Supply Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Middlesbrough . As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
