Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Start Date: ASAP/ Easter 2025

Hours: Full Time/Flexible/day-to-day opportunities all available

Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire (CV37)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a mainstream secondary school in CV37, Warwickshire, to recruit a number of excellent, reliable cover supervisors for the school. There are opportunities for full time cover supervisors as well as part time/flexible cover supervisors who would like to fit work around their lives!

Our ideal candidate will:

1. have previous experience working as a cover supervisor or HLTA
2. be confident and outgoing, having a strong classroom presence
3. have strong behaviour management techniques
4. have experience/ an understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs

You will be required to:

1. step up in the absence of the class teacher and confidently deliver a range of lessons to a range of year groups
2. accurately follow pre-planned lessons, adhering to timings laid out by the class teacher
3. manage classroom behaviour effectively, reporting any concerns to the SLT within the school
4. maintain a committed stance to safeguarding, upholding the schools policies and procedures at all times
