Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary
Location: St Leonards, East Sussex
Pay: £100 – £180 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: Flexible – Day-to-Day or Long-Term (Full-Time or Part-Time options available)

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher

• Ensure students stay on task and follow the set lesson plan

• Maintain classroom discipline and support a positive learning environment

• Complete essential administrative tasks such as taking the register

• Adapt quickly to new classrooms, year groups, and school environments

• Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Ability to think on your feet and manage changing situations confidently

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

• Competitive daily rates: £100 – £180, depending on experience
