Job summary

The Education Specialists are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Sefton. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to gain classroom experience while supporting student learning.

Responsibilities include supervising classes, keeping students on task, and helping with learning activities in line with school policies. An enhanced DBS check is required; QTS or equivalent is preferred for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and classroom management skills required.
• Experience with young people preferred but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged) and seeing original qualifications before placement.
