Job summary

Oasis Academy MediaCityUK in Salford is seeking a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, term-time-only basis with 5 training days. Salary SCP9-13 (£27,254–£29,064 FTE).

You will deliver lessons across year groups, maintain an orderly classroom, adapt to changing situations, and work with colleagues to ensure every student makes good progress. This role requires GCSEs in Maths and English and a Level 3 NQF qualification, plus experience in de-escalation and a calm, authoritative style.

Qualifications

• Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students while promoting progress.
