Job summary

Oasis Academy MediaCityUK in Salford Quays is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to keep lessons running smoothly and maintain discipline even when plans change. You will deliver ready-to-use lessons across year groups and subjects, engage pupils, and adapt calmly to changing situations.

We offer term-time-only work plus five training days, strong CPD across the Oasis network, and a supportive team in a modern, campus-style setting.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English and a Level 3 NQF qualification.
• Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students while promoting progress.
