Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support a range of secondary schools in Rotherham and surrounding areas. You will supervise lessons, help students stay engaged, and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.

The role offers flexible work patterns and opportunities to gain varied classroom experience across different schools, with an October start date. Prior experience in education is beneficial.

• Experience in a secondary school, youth setting or coaching environment.
• Basic understanding of the UK secondary curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Maintaining strong classroom behaviour and engagement.
• Supporting students to stay focused and complete set work.
• Assisting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs where required.

£100-£150 per day | Flexible Work | October start

Vision for Education are expanding our network of Cover Supervisors to support a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Rotherhamand surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident individuals who are passionate about education and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working in different school environments.

We are also recruiting across Sheffield, Doncaster, and Barnsley.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring learning continues smoothly when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for supervising lessons, supporting students, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
