Job summary

Teach South Kent in Robertsbridge is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the local area. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, and help students stay engaged with their learning.

Flexibility and good communication are valued. Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor is helpful but not essential, as training and ongoing support are offered by Teach South Kent.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Calm, confident and professional approach.

Teach South Kent is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools in the Robertsbridge area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You'll supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, support students with their learning, and help create a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
