Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and inspiring person to join us. We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work as part of our team, covering classes and supporting the work of our teachers.

Role Overview: Cover Supervisors are an essential part of our school team. The post holder will supervise lessons at short notice and may occasionally take on longer cover assignments, ensuring that the learning objectives set by the teacher are achieved and that good behaviour is maintained throughout lessons.

Responsibilities:

• Cover all subjects as a floating teacher.
• Supervise lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
• Work flexibly and collaboratively with staff and students.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong classroom management skills.
• High level of initiative.
• Ability to establish rapport with young people.
• Flexible and team-oriented attitude.

We are seeking candidates with commitment, energy, and drive to work closely with our teaching staff to provide positive learning experiences and outcomes for students.
