NextGen Teachers are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Pudsey, LS28 to recruit a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to provide supply cover during teacher absences.

You will work across a range of subjects and year groups, supervise classes, deliver planned work, manage behaviour, follow school policies, and help pupils stay engaged while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualificações

NextGen Teachers are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Pudsey, LS28, to recruit a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to provide supply cover and support the school during periods of teacher absence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young people and is confident managing a classroom environment. The role would suit someone with previous experience in a school setting, an aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or an individual with strong behaviour management and communication skills.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning, ensuring pupils remain engaged and complete the work set by their regular teachers.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
