Cover Supervisor - Nottingham

We're working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Nottingham who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join them immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the classroom, support young learners, and take your first step into the world of teaching.

The Role:

1. Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher, following pre-set lesson plans.
2. Manage classroom behaviour, keeping students focused and engaged.
3. Support students' learning, answering questions and helping with tasks.
4. Report on student progress and any issues to school staff.
5. Be a positive presence in the school community.

What We're Looking For:

1. Confident communicators who can lead a classroom.
2. A proactive and adaptable approach to different school environments.
3. Interest in working with young people and making a positive impact.
4. Previous experience working with children or young people is helpful, but not essential.

Requirements:

1. A CV covering your full employment history.
2. Strong references to support your application.
3. Right to work in the UK.
4. A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
