Job summary

Remedy Education in North London is seeking established Cover Supervisors for immediate opportunities in secondary schools. You will supervise entire classes during short-term teacher absences, delivering the lesson instructions prepared by the class teacher and maintaining a positive learning environment.

You should be passionate about teaching, with excellent classroom and behaviour management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

Qualifications

• The candidate must demonstrate excellent classroom management.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain pupil focus during lessons.
• Capable of inspiring pupils and motivating them to learn.
• Willingness to progress and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences.
