Job summary

Education Supply Pool is recruiting a Cover Supervisor to join our team for day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply in secondary settings around Abertillery and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, helping to maintain discipline and deliver pre-planned lessons.

Holding a valid UK driver’s license may increase opportunities for work and you’ll be supported by a team with extensive experience in education recruitment.

Qualifications

• Correct Education and Training required.
• Deliver the pre planned lesson in a professional manner across multiple subjects to students.
• Previous classroom, tutoring or lecturing experience preferred.
• Ability to implement behaviour management and maintain discipline.
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Deliver ongoing pre-planned lessons to pupils.

Your role will be to supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
