Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding role in education? A vibrant secondary school in the NE28 area is looking for a Cover Supervisor to manage classrooms in the absence of teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or looking to gain classroom experience.
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged.
Offer support to students when required and liaise with school staff.
Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
Experience working with young people in a school, tutoring, or coaching setting (preferred but not essential).
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Adaptability and a proactive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
