Teaching Personnel is seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to work across Milton Keynes secondary schools from September 2026. No prior teaching experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in maintaining a positive learning environment while gaining invaluable experience toward a future teaching career.
Are you a recent graduate considering a career in teaching? Looking to gain valuable classroom experience before starting teacher training? We are recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Milton Keynes from September 2026.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in maintaining a positive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills, build confidence, and gain first‑hand experience in secondary education.
No previous teaching experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support, making this an ideal role for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to explore a future in teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
