Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support a range of local schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil and Caerphilly. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-prepared work, and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment across primary, secondary and SEN settings.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates or trainee teachers (PGCE in progress) with strong communication, reliability and flexibility to work across year groups.
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time, until the end of the academic year
Pay Rate: £110–£130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
