Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent in English & Maths
• NVQ level 3 qualification
• Working within a school and team environment
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time to ensure deadlines are met
• Able to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently with a good awareness of when to take initiative and when to check and confirm actions
• Ability to work well under pressure and to respect sensitive and confidential information
