Smile Education are currently recruiting for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain experience within secondary education. The role would suit experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, aspiring teachers or individuals with previous experience working with children and young people.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support secondary schools by supervising classes during teacher absences. You will oversee pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

We offer flexible opportunities for those looking for full-time work, several days a week or occasional cover. We will work around your availability to help you find opportunities that suit your circumstances.
