Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading groups of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments.
• A positive, professional and proactive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

What You'll Be Doing
