Cover Supervisor

Full & Part Time roles

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

I am recruiting an engaging and flexible Cover Supervisor to oversee classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, supporting the progress of learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise whole classes solo.
2. Give instructions using initiative to support teaching and learning during lessons.
3. Hold strong behaviour management.

The cover supervisor’s main job is to manage classroom behaviour, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. Candidates should be confident, possess strong classroom presence, have academic knowledge, and the ability to think on their feet.

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience & qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
