As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to join our close-knit team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism.
The main objective is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. Responsibilities include leading classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring pupils meet lesson objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining consistency and continuity of education, especially during teacher absences.
You will also contribute to:
Underley Garden School caters to pupils aged 5-19 with complex needs related to autism and learning disabilities. We adopt a holistic, person-centred approach, offering education, care, and therapy tailored to individual needs.
Located near Kirkby Lonsdale, on the edge of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, with easy access from Lancaster, Cumbria, and nearby areas.
