Birches Head Academy is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated staff, who will supervise classes in the absence of a teacher.
The role will also include undertaking duties to support teaching and learning in subject areas, to be determined dependent on your area of expertise, supervision of students' work and management of student behaviour.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment. You should possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and parents / carers. You must be computer literate, organised and have at least five GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications).
