Job summary

Co-op Academy Leeds is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver lessons across all subjects to KS3 and KS4 and to provide continuity in the curriculum when teachers are absent. The role supports a culture of high expectations and positive student outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people, strong numeracy and literacy, and the ability to use ICT effectively. A warm, approachable, and calm demeanour is essential.

We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to deliver lessons across all subjects to both our Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. The post holder will provide consistency and allow for continuity through the curriculum for students whilst their classroom teacher is absent.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people, be able to build positive working relationships and have an understanding of secondary education.
