Are you passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their full potential? Co-op Academy Oldershaw is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Progress Leader to join our pastoral team.

Working under the direction of the Progress Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that every student makes outstanding progress towards their academic targets. You will work directly with students, staff, and families to identify and remove barriers to learning—promoting exemplary standards of student presentation, attendance, organisation, and behaviour.
